Labor Update!

There's still no baby....
BUT...
There should be a baby yet today!

I am currently sitting in my lovely L&D room, having some happy contractions (ask me in an hour or two how "happy" they are...I have a feeling that's not how I will describe them!).

My water was broken about an hour ago (about 1 PM Central Time)

I want an epidural, but I'm going to try and wait until the pain gets intense before I give them the go ahead.

I am dilated to 4-5 cm...80% effaced....

Little guy is still up pretty high though...he needs to come down...my OB will NOT let me labor for a long period of time for a baby that won't drop.

Thought I'd let you guys know what my status was since I had some time!

I'm not out of the C-section woods yet, but I have at least a 70% chance of being successful with a VBAC at this point.  Woot!!!
